After initially working together as competitors in the financial market, Ehsan and Robert formed Imdad Weinberg Associates with limited services in 1992. Thirteen years later, Lori A. Walsh joined as a partner, and they renamed the firm Walsh Imdad Weinberg Group.
The firm provides marketing, management, and corporate culture consulting and training services to private, government, and non-government agencies.
The firm partners with local and international firms when necessary for the success of a project or event.
